Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park (ZSP) was approved by Shanghai Municipal Government Sept. 2001.It is jointly invested by Minhang District, Shanghai Zijiang(Group)Co; Ltd; Shanghai Alliance Investment Co;Ltd. and Shanghai Zijiang Enterprises Group Co; Ltd. and Shanghai Jiaotong University Assets Management (Group)Co; Ltd; It is integrating strong research ability, rich human resource & capital and industrial advantages. Run by market mechanism, ZSP is planned to become a new type science park. It is divided into three functional parts: University Ares, R&D Base and pujiang Forest Peninsula. The first phase occupies 13 square kilometers.
It is in the upper cusp of the Huangpu River. Thanks for its advantageous Location, ZSP enjoys convenient air, sea, and road & rail transportation network. Guangang Wharf is situated nearby. Xingfengjing Highway (A20) is on its west side, Only five minutes needed to get on and off A20 Highway through the designated Jianchuan Road Interchange. Huhang Highway, Huning Highway, Yan an High-elevated Road, Inner-ring Road and Xupu Bridge Iink with A20 that brings convenient transportation network to all directions.
In the first phase, Ieading industries of the park are microelectronics, photoelectron, digital technology, IT, new material represented by nano-tech, optical fiber communication and life science. |
