The file sheets of setting up the resident agent of the foreign enterprise in Shanghai China

1.the registered application form of agent established by foreign region enterprise>signed by the chief representative.

2.the application form signed by the enterprise chairman,general manager or others have the right to sign.The contents includes:the brief introduction of the enterprise,the purpose of establishing the agent,the name of agent,the signed person(includes:chief representative,representative),business scope,the time limit of business,the business location,etc.

3.the legitimate open certificate authorized by foreign company's local government.

4.the decision letter of establishing the agent agreed by foreign enterprise
board(stockholders' conference)

5.reference letter of banking credibility offered by the finance organization which has business relationship with this foreign enterprise.

6.the assignment letter of candidates signed by foreign company(chief representative ,representative) and these person's resumes and copy file of their ID(Taiwanese must have their certificate)

7.assignment letter of chief representative of the perminent office.

8.the usage certificate of location address(include:contract of lease of property,the copy file of property);If the landlord is a foreigner,he must have the rental authority certificate.

9.the copy of certificate of foreign business office offered by agent local official government.

10.the business licence of service supplied agent,the assignment letter which the foreign firm appointed the service agent to handle the agent service.
